We are approaching the end of this rewarding and satisfying year with another great news: Openapi has become a member of ANCIC (Association of Business Information Companies), an association that has been a member of "Confcommercio Imprese per l'Italia" since 1971 and which includes companies representing over 90% of the turnover of the market in which they operate.

In particular, the companies associated with ANCIC are involved in the collection, analysis, processing, evaluation and estimation of economic and financial, but also credit, asset, industrial and entrepreneurial data of sole traders, companies and individuals, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Openapi follows the ANCIC's "Code of Conduct for the Processing of Personal Data for Business Information" (approved by the Italian Data Protection Authority), in which the principle of accountability is applied. The Code of Conduct requires trade associations and companies to apply the regulations effectively and transparently, and every year an inspection activity is carried out by the (external) supervisory body, which verifies data sources and data management, reporting any misconduct by a member.

Becoming an ANCIC member represents a significant step for us at Openapi, because it is an important membership, which certifies and recognises our expertise in assessing and estimating the economic capacity or solvency of Italian companies.

We continue to work in this direction, with the aim of offering our clients a range of increasingly complete and quality services that meet their needs and are secure from the point of view of privacy and protection of personal data.
