By using the services (“Site”) provided by Openapi, ownership of Openapi SpA (“Openapi”), based in Viale Marinetti 221, Roma, VAT no. 12485671007, the user (“User”) must comply with the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”).Access to the Site and any action that results in navigation on its web pages constitute full acceptance of the Terms of Use which are available at the foot of each page of the Site.

Openapi reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time and without giving prior notice. The User is responsible for checking periodically these Terms of Use before any use of the Site, in order to take account of any changes and align its behaviour with the current Terms of Use. It is the User's responsibility to periodically check for any changes in laws, regulations and guidelines relevant to the Site that might have occurred after its first use.

About the Site

Illegal use and scraping activity.

It is strictly prohibited to carry out web scraping or similar activities with the aim of collecting data (even partial) present on the website for free. This prohibition also applies to non-profit activities.

Any scraping activity that we will detect (through the introduction of "traps") will be reported to the competent authorities and legal offices for the assessment of the greater damage received in terms of data load and slowdown or damage to the service.

Linking and Framing

It is not allowed, without prior written authorisation from Openapi, to engage and submit the content of the Site within another website, thus placing a so-called "framing". Use of the Service

The User undertakes to make diligent use of the Site. In particular, each User agrees not to:

• interfere in any way with the navigation on the Site or with the enjoyment of services by other Users thus placing, for example, attempts to overload the system or installing viruses;

Therefore the User acknowledges and agrees that such information may not be used as the sole or predominant basis for its business, commercial, financial, economic and/or credit decisions, which remain of exclusive responsibility of the User.

The User makes use of the services provided by his own choice and on the basis of these Terms of Use. Independently of the professionalism with which it provides the content available on the Site, Openapi is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, and any charges that Users and/or third parties may incur resulting from reliance placed upon the content of documents and information displayed, and/or in consequence of their possible inaccuracy.

Openapi informs it may at any time in complete autonomy and at its own discretion change, add, modify and/or supplement the Site and/or its content, as well as the technology used. Openapi explicitly states that, as a result of such operations, it may occur a temporary impossibility to access the Site and/or its content.

In that regard, Openapi assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions or shortcomings involving the technology used for building and publishing the Site pages. This applies in particular to what concerns the smoothness of data transmission, as well as the functionality of the server hosting the Site pages.

Supported Browser and Software

The website, the data exchange interface (Openapi API) and the services provided are supported by all major operating systems and web browsers.

It is the User's responsibility to install any software/ hardware and perform any technical intervention needed to ensure current and future functionality of the Site and the API provided to every User.

Openapi is not liable in the event that the tools used by the User do not allow access to the services provided.
