After being awarded the ISO/IEC 25012:2014 Certification, Openapi has recently obtained a new recognition: it is the ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
Once again, our commitment to quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction is officially recognised in relation to our API Software Design and Production activities.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for the creation, implementation and management of a Quality Management System for any company. In particular, it aims to facilitate global and technological change in the marketplace, moving away from the traditional 'Command and Control' approach.
It is designed for any company or organisation of any size/sector and is so important that many companies often include it as a minimum requirement for their suppliers.
ISO 9001 is based on a set of quality management principles, which include a strong customer focus, management involvement, process approach and continuous improvement.
Principles on which our entire internal company system is also based. That is why receiving this double award is very significant for us: we are recognised for the efforts we have made over the years in optimising our processes and organisational structure.
Our primary objectives remain, also for the future, to continually strengthen our systems and APIs, to guarantee constant quality and to keep the level of satisfaction of our customers, who are the driving force behind all our activities, high.
