Cadastre is the service that allows you to obtain all the information in the cadastre concerning individuals, companies or real estate.
The Cadastre service allows you to consult and obtain information from the cadastre on real estate and land in a synchronous manner. It is also possible to obtain ordinary or historical cadastral views by subject (Private or Company) and by property.
With the Property List service you can obtain a list of properties and their data (e.g. category, consistency, income) by entering the type of cadastre (Building or Land), municipality, province, sheet, plot.

In order to make the request, it is necessary to indicate the entity, i.e. whether the visura is on real estate or subject, and the type of visura: ordinary or historical. The applicant is optional. In addition to these two values common to both views it will also be necessary to indicate for the view on a property the property id that can be obtained through the searches indicated in the previous methods.

For both types of visura, once the request ID has been obtained, it will be possible to check the detail at any time via the GET /visura_catastale/{id} method or once processed download the visura document via the GET /visura_catastale/{id}/document.

Cadastral surveys are asynchronous and it takes on average a few minutes from the completion of the request for the document to be available.
The cadastral survey can be requested for any property or subject in Italy, except for the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, Gorizia, some municipalities in the province of Udine, the municipality of Pedemonte (Vicenza), the municipalities of Magasa and Valvestino (Brescia), and some municipalities in the province of Belluno (e.g. Cortina d'Ampezzo). because they are still subject to the cadastral tavolar system of Austro-Hungarian derivation.
