Metadonors was born in 2015 from the desire to bring to the third sector the professionalism acquired in 10 years of experience in the world of enterprise customer care. The first opportunity to deal with fundraising arose when Metadonors had the opportunity to open the first contact center dedicated to donors in Italy. In the years that followed, many organizations adopted the high-quality model proposed by Metadonors that placed the relationship with its donors at the center. From that first value proposition we have continued to develop innovative solutions for the care and management of donors, year after year. Stimulated by the need for innovation of organizations, we have brought to the market solutions designed to digitize and optimize the processes of the Italian third sector, finding a context rich in opportunities for improvement and a fair amount of resistance to investment and innovation. We have spent the last ten years working closely with the third sector world; all this time has allowed us to deeply understand the needs and objectives of those who build their action around fundraising. For this reason, over time we have built a large variety of software and tools tailored to their needs, with the aim of making their life easier and making organizations run smoother and faster.
