The Digital Signature is a computer device equivalent and substitute of an handwritten signature and has the same legal value.
It has become a fundamental tool in the process of digitalization and dematerialization.
It can be used on any computer document such as financial statements and corporate documents, invoices, notifications, forms for registration in public registers, communication to the Public Administration (P. A.) and contracts.
With openAPI you can request any type of signature InfoCert or Aruba.
