Real estate purchases and sales: the new Openapi service is available

We continue to expand the number of services available on Openapi. In recent weeks, in particular, we have focused on the area of real estate services.

The latest service we have introduced is "Real estate purchases and sales", the tool that allows you to check the actual value of real estate by means of the actual buying and selling in a given area in Italy.

Specifically, the service allows you - starting from a point and with the definition of the search radius - to find the list of properties sold in that area, with reference to the deed and price.

Through the search filters, it is also possible to set certain parameters such as minimum/maximum area, minimum/maximum price and time span.

The service will then return the sold properties with the relevant appurtenances, including this information:

• Property Area Name
• Consistence in square metres
• Cadastral category
• Commercial surface area
• Relative price per sqm
• Total price
• Month of deed signature

PLEASE NOTE (1): At the moment, available purchases and sales go up to 2019 and the cost of the service is per call.

PLEASE NOTE (2): Anyone wishing to try out the new service has up to 20 FREE calls per month.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, the Real Estate Buying and selling ws in addition to all the other real estate services already present on Openapi (e.g. Visas, Planimetries, Comparable Real Estate, Cadastre etc.).

Openapi's APIs make it possible to drastically reduce the time spent on operations that could previously take hours. In fact, 90 per cent of the services, including Real Estate Purchases and Sales, are synchronous (with minimum response times of 0.115 s): delivery is therefore immediate.
